Pros
Work from home was one of the best perks. I did work with some cool teammates
Cons
The company structure is extremely disorganized. Processes change constantly, and there’s little to no communication or clarity from leadership.
• Despite being positioned as a healthcare role, it’s essentially a high-pressure sales job—pushing patients into costly weight loss procedures with aggressive tactics.
• Work culture is toxic and unprofessional. The environment feels more like a startup in chaos than a healthcare company focused on patient care.
• Leadership lacks experience and it shows—most have never managed teams before and rely on micromanagement, unrealistic goals, and reactive decisions.
• High stress and burnout are the norm. Dysfunction is rampant across departments and there’s minimal support or mentorship.
• Little opportunity for growth or development, and high turnover speaks volumes about the internal issues.
Bottom line: If you’re looking for structure, ethical leadership, and a supportive work environment, this is not the place. Proceed with caution.
