Pros

We're working to tackle one of the biggest challenges to the US healthcare system -- obesity. You get to work with true subject matter experts including the co-founders who are professors from Harvard Medical School. The team's also filled with providers and non-clinical team members who truly care about patients.

Cons

Growing pains of being an early stage startup. The team never seems to have enough people on the team.

Pros

Work from home was one of the best perks. I did work with some cool teammates

Cons

The company structure is extremely disorganized. Processes change constantly, and there’s little to no communication or clarity from leadership. • Despite being positioned as a healthcare role, it’s essentially a high-pressure sales job—pushing patients into costly weight loss procedures with aggressive tactics. • Work culture is toxic and unprofessional. The environment feels more like a startup in chaos than a healthcare company focused on patient care. • Leadership lacks experience and it shows—most have never managed teams before and rely on micromanagement, unrealistic goals, and reactive decisions. • High stress and burnout are the norm. Dysfunction is rampant across departments and there’s minimal support or mentorship. • Little opportunity for growth or development, and high turnover speaks volumes about the internal issues. Bottom line: If you’re looking for structure, ethical leadership, and a supportive work environment, this is not the place. Proceed with caution.
