Pros
I always felt part of the team and valued. The work isn’t terribly demanding, especially as someone who enjoys both office-work and outdoor-work. Great benefits, even for my part-time position. The other property managers are really helpful and encouraging. If you work hard, there does seem to be many opportunities for promotions and bonuses. The outlook looks great. Bargain is continuing to expand and add more properties. I loved working at Bargain Storage. I even recommended it to my friend upon giving my resignation.
Cons
There was a small part of me that felt under-appreciated once my property manager suddenly had left and I had to take some of his responsibilities (because the replacement took time off upon arriving the same week). I had little training and the same pay, but fortunately always felt like I could reach out to someone for help.
