Pros
1>Excellent place to learn and get your contribution felt. 2> Salary is on 15th of every month and they are very serious in giving it to you. They won't hold it back. 3> Seniors and colleagues are very polite and supportive. 4> Small team but great projects and responsibilities to work with. 5> Fun environment. 6> CEO is truly inspiring person.
Cons
1> Usual cons one feels in any company, like feeling underpaid and feeling overworked etc. 2> Need to give employees some space to take the work on their own pace before having a free flow. 3> Very very less leaves. 4> Salary cut on almost anything. 5> Work from home sometimes and that too on leaves.
