A positive experience - Assistant Quality Manager Barco Uniforms Employee Review

So far so good. I haven’t been with this company long enough to give an in-depth review but I’ll do my best. First, the work environment is healthy. I appreciate how supportive everyone is of one another. Second, the management are approachable. I’ve had my fair share of work experiences where management got things done through fear (there’s a reason why I’m working here and not there). Finally, the pay and benefits are very good. I can’t speak to whether or not everyone is satisfied with the compensation but my needs are met and that’s all that really matters. As the title suggests, my experience has been positive and I hope it stays that way.
