What to say about here it is by far and away the worst company I have ever worked for, the recent reviews shed a light on the bullying culture which comes from the top down…a ceo/founder who’s so vain if he was a cream cake he’d eat himself. The business is ran like a Victorian school with clock in cards from the 80s, bad management and no Hr department, More often than not the great people who work here simply cannot take the nonsense which occurs on the daily and Leave with little attempt by management to retain or even enquire why they are leaving in their droves…the attitudes are if you don’t like it leave. I truly wonder what the staff turnover percentage is! If your thinking of applying…don’t! It’s a family business run like some short of backwater shop with untrained managers which has morphed into a bigger business somehow through smoke and mirrors to the customers the managers who’ve never worked anywhere else and simply know no better. Not to mention the cost cutting during the pandemic(due to budget concerns)! Letting staff go, corner cutting & claiming furlough only to invest a million pounds in another section of the business…avoid avoid avoid oh and take the postive reviews with a one of salt as they have been asked to do so by guess who…management
