Evening and weekend schedules, occasional high-pressure environment during busy seasons, communication gaps between departments, changing priorities and expectations, workload can become demanding around events and showcases.

Benefits are very good and there is plenty of room for growth if you show dedication and reliability. When I first came to Barbizon, I had no idea what I wanted to do professionally. I was excited for the opportunity and worked hard from the start. I began as an appointment setter, quickly moved into front desk and administrative responsibilities, and in less than three years became the manager of the booking team. Not only myself, but all employees and executives strive to create an environment built on teamwork, encouragement, and support. I have learned so much from every person I’ve had the pleasure of working alongside.

There are not any I can think of at this time. The company actually listens to all their employees and if/when issues arise, they are promptly handled.
