Management was unprofessional, showing clear favouritism. Discouraged from asking questions, yet criticised for not engaging. No proper training manuals were provided. No opportunities to progress Bullying behaviour, whispering, and exclusion created a hostile environment. Concerns about bullying and discrimination were not taken seriously. The whole process had a negative impact on my wellbeing

Colleagues are generally very competent, friendly and approachable. Very flexible approach to working - hybrid even pre-pandemic. Plenty of opportunity to get involved with projects.

Pay not great compared to private sector and Not even compared to other regulators. Small, so little opportunity for progression. Also means you are often very busy and have a lot of responsibilities.
