- Far to MTR and APM - Compensations and benefits are not good - Brand manager always use foul language and shout at junior colleagues - Traditional China management-only friends and relatives will be promoted - BD manager always "laugh in your face and cut your throat". She also always lie to clients and blame other colleagues not supportive for projects but not facing on her own worst communication and management skills. She keeps creating toxic work environment by gossiping on fellow colleagues and making personal attacks after. She is a big mouth, sharing your private information once she got from HR Department. - Operation Director not enough management skills to lead/motivate colleagues. - No proper training and colleagues refuse to communication - Don't value junior employees - High turnover rate - Lay-off employees quarterly - Promotion ladder is vague
