Pros
When it comes to employees, you're treated like a human with needs and feelings. What an incredible feeling being respected and valued. The product itself is Financial and Life Literacy that's provided FREE for everyone. It's such a worthwhile cause, it makes working here even more amazing. One favorite aspect of working for Banzai is that they listen to their clients as well as their employees regarding content. Feedback is extremely valuable and they choose to take it all to heart.
Cons
There really isn't any room for growth in most departments. That's only a con if that's what you're after though.
