And our owner sets an exceptional tone and is very loyal to those who show up to serve. Recent retirements in leadership have created many opportunities to advance, and our owner is generous with the profits when we have strong results.

It is a 24/7 operation, and there are many driven professionals here. You have to bring your A game and be a bit flexible. For the right people, this is not truly a con.

Great company with good values. Very flexible with plenty of overtime available. Good benefits and time off available.

Pay is not quite high enough for the cost of living. You can make the same amount in lower cost of living areas. Good option if you are already settled in the area.
