Bantrel had a strong balance sheet, challenging work and lots of opportunities for advancement and career development. Strong systems, processes and procedures as well as capable people to execute work. Good workplace culture.
Cons
No work in foreseeable future. Lack of talented people to execute work due to continuous and extensive layoffs. No vision of what future should and will look like. Weak executive management with no business acumen. President is a narcissistic lawyer who does not understand either the engineering or construction industries.
