Pros
Banner Health was a very professional and well respected place to work. Working in the corporate office was very different from the work in the hospitals, but overall I thought it was great.
Cons
In the past few years there have been many layoffs.

The health benefits are phenomenal, but they are a closed network, limited to Banner Health providers and chosen community providers. Compensation will always be on the lower end due to being not-for-profit.
Cons
Regarding IT efficiency, they are behind. Processes are archaic and manual due to lack of up to date IT programs. Their systems do not talk to each other, and there are workarounds for everything.
