Pros
I've worked at a fair share of companies. Bankroll has been my favorite company by far. Here's why,
-The management is incredible and very transparent in the way they go about communicating, they will do their very best to make sure you can perform well at the job and are comfortable at work. Specifically, John and Christina do a great job in leading the team and making sure everyone has a good time.
-Great campus, food trucks, gym, coffee shop, very clean and safe environment
-Quality hourly pay and bonuses for a job in this field
Cons
This job requires interpersonal skills for the customers you work with. So if you're shy or don't like interacting with customers in regards to customer service, this job won't be a good fit.
You'll have fantastic customers and some not so nice, so you'll need the skills to properly handle difficult situations.
