Pros
- Hybrid work (2 days in offic) - Flexible start/end times - Exits during workday are not a problem
Cons
- Stressful - Old technologies - Office politics (if you are not liked by one of the management forget any sort of promotions) - No leadership (only interested in their KPIs, brown-nosing the owners, promising the impossible, and building their careers and BONUSES on the backs of workers) - Feedback is not appreciated, but is actively punished - No scheduled raises - No career development - A lot of dead-weight coworkers you need to work for - Terrible work/life balance - many 10 hour workdays + half a month of on call (24/7) availability for a meagre compensation. - Senior management - about as bad as possibly could be. They will make you work overtime for months so their bonus is bigger. Will lie to your face. Will try to refuse payment of overtime.
