Cons
System processes are complicated and time consuming, unrealistic targets for customer base, pressure selling, telemarketing (proactive calls), company needs to be analytical - we're losing customers to credit unions as they are more empathetic. Tellers are given too many tasks to pressure customers with, not all customers appreciate the wait time.
