Pros
Bankcard's employees are genuine, uplifting, and ingenious individuals. You can learn so many skills in a short amount of time, ideas are not only welcomed but encouraged. They use tools such as Hubspot, WordPress, and SEMrush - all extremely important knowledge bases to have! My internship interview process was comfortable, the first interview was a one-on-one talking about my qualifications and background, and what the internship entailed. The next interview was conducted by three team members, and by the end of it, we were laughing and cracking jokes!
Cons
There truly aren't any significant downsides to working at Bankcard. At first, it was difficult to understand what the company itself does and the general premises of payment processing, but it is understood that new employees have no what a merchant account is and you will be taught everything you need to know - ask questions and you'll be fine!
