Pros

There are genuinely no pros here at all, however if you’re friends or family of a ops director you’ll either get a job straight away or get promoted within 3 months with no relevant skills.

Cons

This company is a total mess, which is unfortunate as the job they do is so important for the nhs. Directors and ops managers are completely incompetent, they actively create a hostile environment for the staff and they mistreat staff on a daily basis. They all get away with it. The group are no help whatsoever and do not take complaints or any issues seriously, HR know nothing and make constant mistakes in information provided as well as any advise. They should be there to control bank partners, but they are impossible to get in touch with, never get back to you and are just bad. Bank partners is a bad career move if you’re a professional, and a bad place to join if you’re starting your career as you will think that this awful culture and terrible people is a way it should be.

Pros

Salaried role, the people I worked with.

Cons

Low pay for high stress and workload, management treat you like a child (timing loo breaks and making sure you log in exactly on time.) My team leader was often reluctant to help (she would tell us just to "look it up" in the unhelpful OneNote or send her favourites around to help (who had been there for as long as I had). We were often put on the phone lines of the Compliance team (as they were understaffed) and had to suffer verbal abuse by candidates as we were unable to help. We would get inundated with calls from people desperately trying to reach the compliance team. Slight aside, but I also got very sick very often working at the office.

Pros

Met some decent people in my team Office days were fun when certain managers were not in

Cons

No confidentiality between managers and their staff Micromanaged despite no real KPIs or incentives. Mental health is not taken seriously until it's severe. Some of the managers have no people skills, play favourites (to the detriment of everyone else), Awful attitude towards you if you do not fit in with the rest of them. Extremely toxic and half of the department have left due to the above issues. Redundancies only to then rehire for the same roles
