Growing too fast too quickly. Branches are opening understaffed and undertrained. KPI focuses are weird. Why on Earth would you measure if a person logged on in the last 30 days. They want checking accounts but do absolutely nothing to help push that. Checking accounts are lackluster, does nothing to set them apart from the competition. Systems are clunky and in need of a desperate overhaul. Not user friendly at all. Don’t expect your manager to be in the branch at least 50% of the week in fact upper management encourages that.
