Not under supervision and they only call you in the office when you did something bad

training was none existing, and they throw you onto the floor for you to figure it out. Training as you go basically months went by with no 1v1 or any follow ups. Systems are terrible and the worst bank i ever seen. Benefits are terrible as well specially for paternity leave, I dont think the bank knows what that is.
