Good to start a career for fresh grad. If you are permanent staff & under officer grade (under union). Yearly increment up to RM250 is fixed Good medical benefit for senior staff. Full cover self and dependent (spouse + up to 5 children) Full fledge islamic bank. Good for jobseeker who seek for full shariah compliant bank (free of riba’)
Cons
Poor bonus - average 1 - 2 months only. Poor increment. Average 4% per year (managerial rank). Worst part is no increment for managerial post (has been 2 years since covid pandemic). Unfair to staff under management since officer & clerical staff still enjoyed their fixed yearly increment. Under new CEO work culture has been changed.. all staf are being push to work harder & achieve bank’s KPI.. huge workload & long working hour (include weekend) is expected
