      Pros

      It's hard to say - there are so many negative issues with this company that the few pros would mislead the readers.

      Cons

      Sr. Management is unhelpful and refuses to get involved in operations. Their systems and procedures are a mess to say the least! Their processing, underwriting, and closing departments are spread over 3 different states and is a joke. Finally, the company's culture is toxic - it has a good-ole-boy mentality.

      Everyone was always willing to help whenever we were short staffed. Very focused on getting work done as a team.

      There were times when we were understaffed.

      Pros

      I love to culture, team environment, and open door policy. Everybody works together to get it done for our clients. If there is ever a problem, everyone is open and willings to pull together to find a solution. Benefits are just the icing on the cake! If you are looking to be a success in the mortgage industry, this is the place where you that can and does happen. I love bank 34!

      I can't think of any cons. Nothing really comes to mind that would be a negative to me. I choose to look forward to a very bright future here at bank 34.
