Upper management either completely forgets about you or treats you like garbage with little in between. There is no full time HR presence. Sweeping changes are made at the drop of a hat with what seems like little thought. There’s little to no room for advancement for 95% of people. The lucky 5% shouldn’t trust their advancement as there’s frequent firings of anyone who makes a halfway decent salary. No one in management should be trusted, ever. If anyone promises you anything, get it in writing.
