5yWhat's described here is so far from the culture we've set out to create, and I'm very sorry to hear this was your experience.
It's probably worth clearing up some misunderstandings. Our part-time team members are compensated hourly, so while we're flexible with the time slots in which you choose to set your hours (as you note), there wouldn't be instances where you were working outside of those hours without being paid for it. Similarly, there are a wide range of instances where we've acted on feedback from the team (which we actively solicit), so I'm a little surprised by the contention that we don't listen to feedback; I wish we were able to act faster in some cases, but we definitely do our best.
That said, the piece that's most concerning to me here are the allegations of sexism, which we do not tolerate.
