5yYikes - very sorry to hear this was your experience and that things didn't work out. This specific feedback surprises me a bit since we try to place a huge emphasis on flexibility and creativity in our interviewing, training, and outbound sales processes, and most of the reviews we get from clients and other team members seem to reflect that.
