Nice office building but lacks a company cafeteria Easy freeway access Some good products but lately is lacking ability to compete with top toy companies Good place to get some marketing and packaging experience but don't stay too long

Company refuses to move forward and improve Senior management lacks experience and lately has had a lot of turnover HR and Legal departments have serious conflict of interest issues with employees CEO is inexperienced and seems unwilling to accept employee input Company seems unwilling to hire employees experienced in the toy industry Employees talk about unfair treatment and diversity that the Company should improve
