Great Company to work for easy to move up in the company

Managers get too personal with some employees.

The people we serve, some coworkers, plenty of opportunities for overtime

Lack of management, understaffed, low pay for the people who have been there for several years/decades, the points system, they don’t do full investigations if it involves people outside of the company and only go based off of what was verbally stated to them, work/life balance, etc
