Pros

50% discount at Banana Republic, Gap and Old Navy.

Cons

Terrible management; treats staff like they are disposable. All they care about is meeting sales quotas. They pay minimum wage and there’s no commission, and the quality of customer service they expect us to deliver is not commensurate with this. Management is very impersonal and will get upset if you don’t prioritize your (part time min wage) job over school. One time I called in sick and when i came in for my next shift the manager on the floor that day made a joke and said I was probably hungover from partying too much. Another time I told my manager I needed to decrease my availability during exam season and she said I wouldn’t be allowed to because they’re under capacity (hire more people, this is not my problem). Why am I expected to make $2000+ in sales for every shift selling overpriced clothing to Karens, basically let customers treat me like garbage and still have to kiss up to them, all for $15/hour.

Pros

LOVED my management team and the staff team. Everyone was so nice and helpful with coaching tips on offering outfit suggestions. I worked here on the weekend while I was in college near by. I most likely would uave kept the job if they didnt close the store. This was in a Tanger outlet and Banana had been there in a great location for more then 20 years.

Cons

I can't think of any

Pros

Some of the Co-workers Fast paced Always something to do

Cons

Most of the leadership - favoritism, fake, no loyalty to anyone but themselves - Love to outside hire for positions instead of looking internally Work load is crazy much more than your getting paid for Expected to do more than your own job Can be stressful
