      I can honestly say there are no pros.

      Cons

      The owner is a complete jerk. I had surgery with a doctors note that said I would need 3 weeks off. Before surgery I let the owner know, and he did not respect it at all, within the first week of recovery he was asking me to come into work. That's one example of the type of person he is.

      I've been in the sign business since 2000. The staff is well educated and sincere with their expertise.

      Pros

      Its a job and I was able to make some money while looking for a better job.

      Cons

      Extremely Low ball pay. Does not pay fair market value. Managers need serious training on people skills. Managers yells and screams like he is at home. Starts training and leaves you in the middle of the job. Give you the hard jobs and takes all the easy jobs. Not worth the headache. Owner does not address issues and its been going on for years. High turnover of personnel.
