• Unfortunately, management was a major issue. There was a lot of favoritism and poor communication from the top. Decisions often felt arbitrary or disconnected from the reality of day-to-day operations.
• There was very little job security. Frequent restructures and layoffs made the environment unstable, and it was hard to feel confident in any long-term future with the company.
• Career development was essentially non-existent. There was no clear path for growth, and very limited investment in employee development.
• Work-life balance was a challenge. The expectations were high, but not always matched with proper support or direction. It often felt like we were being pushed hard without a clear goal.
