Pros
Initially, the compensation appears to be on-par with your position. However, you quickly learn that they are getting your services at a discount, because of the sheer volume and degree, to which they expect for you to contribute above and beyond what you were hired for. The benefits are actually really good. The company can appear to be a great place for HR-professionals seeking to gain experience. However, you quickly learn that the HR is tertiary to customer service and sales, which is why so many clients were (and are) upset about the sub-par delivery of HR guidance and support.

*The following critiques are based on the experience of former colleagues and coworkers, more so than my own. While I did experience what is described within this review, what I witnesses occur and happen to others was exponentially worse.* Management at ALL levels. - Discriminatory and Insensitive - Hostile - Inexperienced - At times, perform tasks and projects that are borderline illegal, but definitely unethical - Destroys the morale within the teams, where everyone is holding on to their position for the seniority, but is counting down the days to when they can leave the company Further, the company is not financially sound and will do whatever it takes to present themselves as viable to potential investors, even if that means effing-over their employees. To future employees, beware of this shark tank of a business, as they will take you strengths, siphon them and discard you with no hesitation or remorse.
