Being one of the youngest employees at Balsam, I got lucky to obtain such a great job right out of school. The owner was willing to give me this opportunity even though I was lacking the experience, all based on hard work and the wanting to succeed. He truly believes the best in everyone and builds his team full of positive and hard-working members.
Working here has been one of the best experiences of my life. I have learnt so much and consistently improve my skill range by having the opportunity to learn and grow in aspects outside my job position. The owner puts in a lot of effort to make sure his customers and employees are happy. With a brand-new office space, great coworkers and on site refreshments, working here is pleasant and enjoyable.
I have been at Balsam for about a year now, and I can’t see myself leaving anytime soon.
