Pros

Free alcohol on Friday nights. Big parties .Noel is a nice guy.Office is in a good location.

Cons

Gamesys has serious problems in the form of nepotism.Should you want your career to progress, the best path is to marry or date into a group of Gamesys elite known as the 'Untouchables'.If you somehow manage this, expect to reap the rewards; All expenses paid trips to Vegas, big bonuses and payrises. You can even be really bad at your job and skyrocket through the ranks. Before you know it you'll be managing your own team.Don't worry if nobody thinks you're good, all that matters to the Untouchables is that you're happy.

Pros

Cool office Good location Occasionally free food Beer in fridge

Cons

Everything else. The office is usually a ghost town. Training is poor, exceptionally poor. Trainer acts as if annoyed when you ask a question. HR is remote, unreachable, and does not care about employees. It is clear overall that Bally’s doesn’t care about employees in the slightest. Terrible benefits. You have to pay $150 out of your own pocket to go through licensing. Why do you think we’re working? The company should cover all expenses. I wish I never accepted this job, it’s just been a waste of time and a rollercoaster. They will also mismanage your paycheck. Unorganized from top to bottom and not a good place to work. Diversity is lacking and it’s apparent. Very odd vibe in the office. Poor technology provided. When you think Bally’s think “bare minimum” because that’s what you’ll receive.
