Management will lie when it suits them. Little regard to the personal lives of employees. 50-60 hour weeks normal. Most projects START in emergency hard push time schedules. Plenty of folks with PM title, very little project management going on. Was in a "temporary" assignment for 5 years, never to get job title changed.
