No work life balance. No technical learning. No training. Please don't spoil your carrier in Bally. Speak any employee[ not managers ] in Bally. They will tell you the truth.
Cons
Salary is good but not one wants it at the cost of personal life. You can be working 24 hours continuously or even 48 hours. 12 hour is the average working hours here. Its only stress here, no technical learning. Products are already there. You just fixing the issue. Tight deadlines to fix the issue. You don't even know the functionality of the products. But still you have been forced to fix the issue quickly.
