11yWe appreciate the opportunity to respond to the concerns listed in this review. As a small, hard-working start-up, it's definitely true that we have experienced - and will continue to experience - growing pains as we strive to expand. Unfortunately, not all employees who pass through our doors are a good fit. We understand the frustration and anger experienced when an employee is let go. Though we wish all former Balluun employees the best, we would also like to address the claims of overworking and a "secret culture."
Although there are occasional deadlines that have to be met (product releases, etc.), we strive for a good home/work life balance. Those of our team members who hold more responsibility are accordingly compensated. The office is not open on weekends, and we hold standard business hours (about 9 am to 6 pm).
As our company grows, one of our main priorities is to maintain an open door culture. Our upper management team is always open to feedback from team members who want to give their input- not difficult in an open office plan with multiple social opportunities.
