      Close to home and good hour shifts.

      Cons

      There wasn't any specific process to follow, and inspectors didn't do First Articles or NCR's anymore. Inspectors mostly had to stamp boxes, quarantine, and approved raw material. Everything was very disorganized. No raise!

      I had a great experience working in the Irvine facility under the Senior Process Engineer.
