Pay - pay is low. Full stop.
Leadership - where is it? Leadership thinks their job is to tell you how important it is to make them more money. That’s it. They don’t even have experience as recruiters themselves. They just want to tell you it’s important that you make them more money but they don’t even have the direction to take you there. I wonder if they are in the right field themselves. They are not there to help YOU. They are there to HELP THEMSELVES. Do not believe their grift.
Growth potential - ties into leadership TBH, but they either don’t care or don’t know how to help people grow. They want to pay entry level wages but don’t want to help grow their employees in any other way.
This company is for people who are desperate because you won’t get much out of working here except false promises and willingly ignorant leadership.
