Pros

3 days off Shift differential

Cons

-the customer are rude and there was no managers in the morning to help. -toxic work environment -calling other departments was a disaster either they would help or you would be on hold for hours. -Having a customer on hold you had to check on them every minute or you would get scored low. -If you scored anything less than 100 like a 98 you would still get trouble. -have to take the abuse from clients. -mentally draining

Pros

Dynamic and evolving environment for those interested in fintech and digital asset innovation. I had the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and assigned various initiatives which made my role interesting.

Cons

Things changed dramatically across my short tenure. Lots of different leaders who came and went.
