      Culture is still getting shaped with new leadership so not much of likelihood.

      Cons

      Processes are too old and still working with legacy systems. Overall Slow moving and not much to develop with role confined to limited sources.

      Pros

      Dynamic and evolving environment for those interested in fintech and digital asset innovation. I had the opportunity to collaborate across multiple teams and assigned various initiatives which made my role interesting.

      Cons

      Things changed dramatically across my short tenure. Lots of different leaders who came and went.
