Fast past environment. Great people,

Need more processes to get things organized.

Nothing great, some good people there, pay is okay but shouldn't be because they truly can't afford it.

Owners keep trying to get loan after loan for business, they owe a lot of their vendors and have to prepay for everything. They want to make it a good company but will not listen to any professionals or good employees that they bring in and make the changes. You have illegal workers using fake identities. The management that have been there for the longest can do whatever they want and that's not a good thing and owners will never get rid of them. No organization at all. The health department should take a look around they would be shut down quickly. They may not even pass their next audit as they have alot of corrections that they won't fix. Worst place ever worked and people need to know how dirty and mismanaged this company is as they could get sick from the product. They probably owe over a million dollars to vendors that they blame previous executives but that is not the case.
