Pros
A good place to work in order to familiarize yourself with red flags to avoid in the future when it comes to management, work environment and leadership.
Cons
The agency's modus operandi seems to be: 1)Hire new/young/desperate employees 2)toss new hires into the "deep end" with minimal to no guidance 4) management takes credit for any work and successes you have 3)overwork, spread thin and take advantage of employees until they burn out (high turnover) 4) rinse and repeat Add to this that there is no chance for opportunities to move up. I was literally told that my work and effort to go above and beyond is not taken into consideration for promotions and raises. Was literally told "that's not how things work around here" which gave me no motivation to do anything above the bare minimum. Nepotism and being related to leadership is the only way to move up at Baker Ripley.
