Okay work/life balance overshadowed by passive-aggressive culture - Associate BakerHostetler Employee Review

The culture within the team was incredible. Everyone was super outgoing and always willing to help. There were also an abundance of resources available for me to use outside of asking team members if I ever ran into issue solving problems.

There really wasn't a set training structure. I was just expected to start working on projects and send them to senior team members for review before submitting them. They walked me through a few examples at the beginning, but a full training structure would have been much more helpful.

Good place to work, good environment and people.
