      Pros

      Variety of clients, generally great staff and managers, good learning, pays well, great software.

      Cons

      No real training for experienced hires. Managing partner is total micromanager and doesn’t have an understanding of what training is provided and doesn’t care. Expects use of team processes without any documentation of such processes, let alone training. Where are the checklists? Aren’t we accountants?!?!
