      Employees are super friendly. Job is rewarding. Benefits are top of the line. Company is quickly growing and could be a top 10 firm in the future.

      Cons

      None to date. Small teams allow for less growth early in career unless partners move out of the firm but that's it.

      Baker Tilly continuing to gobble up small firms has shifted the company culture. Not the same BT it once was when I started 3 years ago
