Pros
Baker Tilly is a great accounting firm to be working for. It is considered as a top 10 accounting firms in the United States but treats all their employees like individuals. There is a great relationship between all the members and management takes initiative to make sure everyone succeeds. As a former big 4 employee, this was exactly the kind of change I wanted. Busy season hours are also much more pleasant than some of the other accounting firms.
Cons
I wish that they paid their starting staff more for the work that they perform. All individuals are also separated into different industries. As someone who is in commercial, I am not introduced to the work of other industries which I would potentially be interested in.
