      The people are great. I have really found that the other employees are supportive of what you want to acccomplish.

      The various departments do not interact very much with each other.

      Season employees for few months in a year. Didn't see any cons.

      Unlimited PTO, flexible work schedules, and holidays/disconnect days.

      High billable hour goals, constantly changing processes, excessive mergers/acquisitions, and poor/toxic management.
