Pros
There is great camaraderie at BT. The Company has a lot of initiatives, programs, and trainings available to get involved, and they highly encourage involvement with the programs and with coworkers. The benefits package is great too.
Cons
The workload can be daunting, but it is a typical busy season expectation of 60+ hours from mid-January through May.
