Pros
The individuals I work with are great people and very friendly. They seem to actually care about you as a person and your progress within the Firm. In my department there is very little micromanaging. The Firm has a great Learning and Development team that make obtaining CPE pretty easy. Very good intranet site that keeps employees up to date with what is going on at the Firm.
Cons
At times the hours can be excessively long. Certain people get work dumped on them while others seem to rarely be as busy.
