Parental leave is 12 weeks, there are still some great people at the company
Cons
PE investment has destroyed any culture that was there pre-merger. Multiple calls per week to discuss utilization and realization. Path to partner (principle now) has been significantly hampered for senior managers, directors, and MDs. Comp for principles is lower than it used to be as well.
