      Pros

      Decent work life balance. I met some really great people.

      Cons

      Low pay, lots of secret deals with management and the people they like, complete and total disrespect of support staff, good ol' boys club, many of the managers are unemployable at other firms. Lots of backstabbing, gossip, drama and outright lying from management.

      Very welcoming environment. Everyone is there to help. The Welcome to Baird bash is amazing!

      Some cliquey-ness at different offices. No chance for growth if you’re not in Milwaukee.
